Thanks...I'll have to give that a try. That's more along the lines of what I was looking for.

Oh, I wasn't talking about the notes and scales...I was talking about the rhythms. Can they change? I've figured out how to change the scales, but not the rhythmic patterns (without actually moving my fingers on the ribbon...which can be sketchy sometimes).

Is it possible to change the pattern on an arpeggio without making movements on the ribbon pad? It'd be nice if there were a few different patterns people could use.

I just bought an Electribe MX1SP, and it's quite the box! I've only had it a day, but I'm already having a lot of fun with it. Already made a beat that kicked butt on anything I ever made with a Roland Groovebox...and I haven't even figured out how to use it yet! Anyways, I thought I'd register here ...

I just got an Electribe MX1SP, and I'm looking forward to diving into it! Seems like a pretty cool box so far, but I'm just getting started. Looks like this is a pretty great forum and I'm hoping to learn lots of tricks!
