Difference between PA500 and PA800

Hello, I've got a PA800, a second hand one, I couldn't buy it because the prise was amazingly attractive. Now I don't need the sampling stuff or the microphone possibilities, nor the extra sounds. As I need money, I thought about selling it in order to buy a PA500. But I heard somewhere the A/D ...

I mean bugs and also things that could be greatly improved (because it is so dumb the way it is). I have also a Triton classic at home, and I can tell you that the sequencer part of the triton is the same than the one used in the PA series. But believe me, what was working in the Triton 10 years ago ...

That's some nice options, but I can only see them available in the record mode page of a style. So if you prefer the "next measure, first measure" option like quyduy seems to apreciate more, you have to edit the factory styles and save them in user banks. Or is there another way ?

I'm not sure you can adjust the way the fill ins are launch.
I would say that maybe the PA800 is more a pro keyboard than the s550. So it need a new learning curve but it is probably more powerfull ...

Some "fill in" are not really done or won't suit with the idea you have in your mind. It's not just the PA series, but every arranger keyboards. Also, it's better to start the fill in just before the 1st beat of the next measure so you won't hear any weird breaks. If you want to launch a fill in ...

Thanks to everyone for your answeres. Mine get warm after 15 minutes or so but it's not really hot. I read somewhere in the forum that you must set the contrast of the display folowing the temperature of your room, because it is is not the same if the room is cold or not. So if that is true, it ...

PA800 get a little bit hot on the right ?

Hello, I just bought a second hand PA800. I noticed that a few minutes after the start up it gets a little bit hot on the right part. Mainly on the right side near the display and on the right speakers. The left part of the PA stays cold. In the same time the display get slightly brighter colors on ...
