Even tho' I finally sold my PA80 a couple of months ago, I still have [and will continue to do so for as long as I have hosting] all my PA80 stuff here...

You cannot do this without buying a ton of extra gear at much $$$
Buy a FDD like he said.. it will be $10 (or less) well spent.

long time no hear !!!
I finally sold mine locally - at a much reduced price - and am now reduced to owning but a lowly Roland XP50. Had that for about 10 yrs now... No new keys in the offing....

Shoot, in my 15th yr with my current employer, and changed depts last Apr - after 13+ yrs in the old one !!! It's the golden handcuffs thing.. can't afford to stay, can't afford to leave.... Meantime, I still gig 3-4 times a month, mostly in "A" venues, but have no illusions of ever making a living ...

Before you go to the service center and spend $$ Try loading an earlier OS like 3.02 !! You may then be able to do an upgrade... if that fails, then you have a hardware issue. BTW - I upgraded to 3.06, then downgraded to 3.02 as there was nothing I needed in it. I [literally] just sold my PA80 3 ...
