It's a real shame, this is such a good forum yet made unusable by the search engine. So we have a good unusable forum ? I pay for everything you see out of my own pocket and I get $0.00 in return. There are no Adds here that pay for fancy forum software and the server we badly need to keep us ...

Forum fails the test
Just some thoughts after reading some past posts. A lot of people are completely new to electronic music, the internet, home recording etc. It's not obvious to everyone that their problem, no matter how "noobish" it is, has an answer that is obtainable just a click away. Many are coming here as a ...

I'm sure the problem is configurational. Check your input assignments & driver in the DAW. All systems go. emx will not record. As I said above, the connection works fine for every other single piece of equipment I record with, and have been recording with for a while. I was wondering if there is ...

No matter what out bus (only have 2 choices L/R and 3/4) , the emx will not allow it's sound to be recorded. The connection is fine, as all my other instruments can record fine at this time with the same cable. I plugged it into my home stereo and it works fine, so I don't think the jacks are broke ...

you say you've used the line out ... are you using the L or R output? it should be L if you're only using one. are you sure you haven't routed parts to the indiv outs, 3 and 4? if the headphone output produces sound when you put phones in it, but not when you connect it to your computer, I think ...

Can't get DAWs to hear EMX1's audio signal.
Hello, I would like to record my audio tracks from the EMX1 into acidpro. I currently use Acid Pro 4.0 (old, i know, but works like a charm for basic recording) My problem is that when I connect my emx1 to the pc (audio out on the korg to audio in on the pc) I can't get any signal. I pull that same ...

I'm having the same issue. I plug a quarter inch into the line out on my emx1 and the other end (1/2 inch with the stereo split) into the line in on my pc/mac. All my other keyboards can record this way, EXCEPT my emx. Why? I've tested this with a few different DAWs. It simply will not send a hot ...
