Tip for you: i suggest to add piano tailpiece in the second oscillator and in the velocity zone set the OSC2 mode to key+damper.

I wouldn't tighten anything. I'm hoping your clicking sound is caused by the felt under the keys wearing in. My Tritons are loud as heck but it's just because of that.
