thank you all for the responses. i ended up opening the shell and was able to remove it from there. it was just the tip so it was very close to impossible to remove from the outside.

there is a broken quarter inch connecter stuck inside my main RIGHT output jack!!! I tried getting it out for the last hour and it is really stuck in the there! Hello members! I am in the market for a new studio desk, I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations. I am interested in finding one that has a sliding keyboard tray that is strong enough and big enough to hold a PA4X. Also, looking for something relatively reasonable in price. (<$2000) Thanks!

I'm also looking for a way to increase the range with some other workaround, but haven't been too successful yet. I've been messing around with the effects but its not giving me the same quality as the mixer tuning does. (

Is there a hidden feature or way of not letting the 'STY TO KBD SET" change the STS sound, without turning the feature off?!

I like keeping it on (blinking) but sometimes, I don't want the KBD SET to change when bouncing between variations.

can anyone confirm that user set built on a pa4x can be loaded into a pa1000 without any modifications?

Can you load a user set made on PA4X onto a PA1000?

To the best of my knowledge, user sets can be loaded with no problem between the PA700, PA1000 and the PA4X, as long as the RAM memory is enough.

Can someone confirm?

I can't say I completely understood what you said, but I'll throw this out there anyways. In style record mode, you can only assign one voice per track. You can't stack up voices and assign all 3 to the same track. Never mind, if I wasn't even close to what you were asking. haha yeah you got it ...

Basically what im trying to do is use a performance

together and use them during performance mode
