Re: 64BITS SYSTME ? NO ?
IMHO it truly shows ME how Cheap Korg truly currently is because that means they will be using CHEAP overstocked MOBOS and CPUs. Do you know how much 32 bit mobos and CPUs cost today? I can get a 32 bit mobo for $50 brand new and 32bit INTEL CPU for $75. It's about the $$ not the about the product ...

Re: Nord Stage 3 worship sounds - on Kronos???
I've been thinking about RENTING a Nord Stage 3 for a month then sampling the whole thing or as much as I can using SR6 for sometime now. TO be honest if I had the funds I would buy it but I don't think anybody these days has many funds to buy anything..Maybe when things come down in a year or so we ...

Re: KRONOS Relaunched!
STILL 32bit. I refuse to buy anything from Korg because they are being left behind! Grandstage X is on 64 bit. I am going to take a jab at this again but this time as a retired Management Information System's Special/Network Administrator..After I wrote the post above, I had already decided to ...

Re: KRONOS Relaunched!
STILL 32bit. I refuse to buy anything from Korg because they are being left behind! Sorry Korg but you lost all my business!! I purchased two boards from you but after seeing how you have yet to keep with today's technology I realize this is all about gouging us consumers and using overstock 32bit ...

I know this is an older topic and I was researching 432hz tune. 432hz was in fact used in ancient music until WESTERN Society in the United States changed tuning to 440hz in the 1930s. WHO changed it? What group of people changed it? Oh yes their good ole music industry in the United States did this ...

To me... The joy of music is the time you spend thinking and creating your ideas, thoughts and emotions and bringing them into life. It's very satisfying. When I think of AI doing all the work for me it likes a fisher man going to the supermarket and buying some frozen fish instead of going out to ...

So I have been just browsing and testing out those AI creation tools that creates songs for people who don't now how to play or produce or publish. I came across one last night, don't even recall what website but it was amazing. I am just testing the waters to see what they can do. They have a long ...

About 9 years ago I use to use my Kronos X as a midi controller, I had it set up perfectly then my spine issues worsened, I had to cut back on playing and now that I had surgery and feeling much better I now have to remember how I had it all setup in Pro Tools. I just plain forgot.... Anybody have ...

I haven't got Omnisphere, but would be interested (if I interpret your last line correctly) in drone sounds (nice ones not "chilling" sounds..)... ;-) I looked through Omnisphere and believe it or not they do not have the "drones" you are looking for. I say 98-99% of them are "chilling, pad type ...

I am going to go ahead and purchase SampleRobot 2 to see what it can do even though I have MainStage and AutoSampler is a ...

Who here owns Omnisphere 2? Anybody that does, have you tried their Sonic Expansion? And how do they sound? I have both Omnisphere 2 and Keyscape and decided to do an update and seen they have expansions now that sound FREAKING AWESOME. I may sample some things for Kronos users, lets see what ...

Re: sounds like a PSU
sounds like a computer PSU when the computer has some faulty component at startup. like a spaceship sound of some sort, then immediately goes off. I dont use a UPS yet and wonder if that would make a difference. problem is once it's disconnected from the UPS it's back to not working and the gimmick ...

Re: Only if..
Korg would get with the game and create a Kronos/Nautilus type board with Roli Seaboard keys/keypads... But that only a dream of mine. Thoughts? My thoughts: they make Midi compatible Roli Seaboard keys/keypads that may be used with Kronos/Nautilus. If you are hoping to get such a board shipped ...
