Fixed now.
That was a driver conflict between Enchanced PCI-USB controller from Intel and something else.

taven, i don't know exactly, but LCD matrices are somewhat inertious (especially cheap and old ones like in TR) and sometimes can produce visible transitions, so this is probably normal.
