Just got a dw6000 I picked up off somebody, when I got home I plugged a power adapter in and turned it on, it came on and lighted up but ther was a loud hum, not audion hum, like an electrical hum, and then the unit powered off and now wont turn back on. well i only had 2 midi cables here so was just trying to go out of electribe thru ms2000 to prophecy, I got the ms2000 synced up but when i tried the exact same thing with the other cable it didnt work, so im guessing i got a dodgy cable. Going to get some more cables on monday and try it all out ...

by using the ms2000s keyboard, basically want to sync the arp to the electribe.

Trying to sync my ms2000 with my electribe but it just isnt having it at all. got midi out of elctribe, in to ms2k and set the ms2k clock to external. but when i do this the ms2k wont make any sound?? Is it possible to sync my kaossilator pro via midi to either my mk or mkxl?
Ive tried a few ways but it doesnt seem to work.

Any help would be great.
