I try to mimic a heartbeat starting with 30 beats second raising over the four given spaces to 120 (and staying there). I could not come up with a convincing solution faking one on the iElectribe (or IMS-20 i'm not so good at). But given its synthesizers abilities it should theoretically be possible ...

thats easy: just tap on the upper border on the screen- a set of (hidden) button opens.
Choose "Backup" and click on "Load factory presets" and your done.
Presto!
