ChrisG "Movements" 200 Presets Bank for Minilogue

This bank is, with its many pads, keys, experimental yet musical sounds, plucks & arps, largely geared for cinematic things, ambient things, experimental things, chill things, downtempo, soundtracks and similar, rather then your typical EDM (or Norwegian death metal), although there are some more ...

Re: vosyr - the free volca sample manager

Made a free little desktop tool for managing and organizing samples and sequences of the volca sample including step programmable parameters, patterns and motion data. It uses the free volca sample SDK from Korg to transfer the samples and sequences to the volca sample via its SYNC IN port. http ...

Yea I'm happy with notes carrying over. He didn't mentioned IFX's, and thinking about it, I'm gonna say it's just the notes that probably are given a small window to fade out (or something like that), given the limitations of the DSP and all..

Speaking of folders and files, my tribe can only read 100 *.e2pat files per folder. Not an issue at all since you can just make another folder, but would be interesting to know where this limit comes from tho

Do you mean that with key track plus the layering of sounds, you can slap a bass sound on the lower octaves, and have the higher octaves play a pad or something (within the same part)? And artificially create an additional part that way? Can you change octave up and down freely on the layered sounds ...

Thanks. Well, i certainly have a case of GAS over here. I'll most likely switch to the Roland, and if it just isn't for me, I guess I can always sell it and buy a new E2 lol

Thanks, sounds good! Can you copy a whole pattern (with everything that goes along with it) to a new empty slot, repeat this procedure a few times, make some variations on the copied patterns, switch between them manually to kinda make a complete track (just like on the E2)?

I'm a bit interested in this one. I still can change out my E2 for something else (it's pads are defect etc, and the store still haven't gotten any replacement units). I'm constantly battling...the pads. I just don't seem to be able to grasp how to play melodies, chords whatever on the things. I did ...

Email Korg, get on their Twitter and FB, show them that you want the E2 to have render performance to a wav file option. I've told em on Twitter, but I'm only one person. Also, the loop issue is an easy fix for Korg, having it as an option (since it would require the E2 to do two passes and some ...
