I read his message and I think he's right. Do I spend almost $5K for a new Kronos in 2018 or buy a laptop, VST software and a 61 key AKAI Advance MIDI keyboard. It's cheaper and looks like a pretty slick configuration. hummmm. Graydon

Seriously considering the above set up in 2018 versus buying a Kronos 61 or 76. I am happy with my keyboard set-up but I am thinking that VST is looking really interesting when the Akai Advance 61 can trigger Komplete and other libraries pretty easily, the Youtube videos are pretty interesting. It might be difficult to find a really authentic B3 with C3/V3 chorus for that gritty B3/Leslie rock organ on the Krome but you can trigger vibrato speed with the controller.
