Re: First Impressions

My only niggle is the fan. I've been spending some quality time with my K61 and yes, the fan is audible, but not more than my custom built Phenom II 6-core PC with a Zalman CPU fan. At first I was a bit disappointed by the plastiky noise it makes when playing the keyboard hard. Something I haven't ...

I visited a nearby store and the sales rep called the distributor while I was there: the stores across the country should receive a few Kronos-es next week (if they keep the promises, that is). The distributor made clear that any store in Italy that sells below the advertised prices (€2,999 / 3,399 / ...

That was my point in the thread over there. Are you going to try and potentially fry your Kronos and invalide the warranty?

IMHO, much better to buy a transformer until someone else makes the leap of faith ;)

Demo units didn't and I suppose that final units do not as well, according to Sam Ash's rep.

Kronos-owners, could you please advise?

PA3X available in EU, Kronos following soon maybe?

Hi, I just received a newsletter from Woodbrass. Apparently it's the first shop in the EU with the new Korg arranger in stock . I've also checked other EU stores (DV, MusicStore and Thomann) as well as US ones (Novamusik, Sweetwater) and no one else lists them as in stock. Perhaps Kronos deliveries ...

This is a reverse of a question I had earlier. My new question is, can I use the voicelive 2 using only my voice or do I always have to have a guitar or keyboard or other instrument plugged into it to give it additional harmonizer information? The videos I saw always showed someone playing a guitar ...

I'm pretty sure the Spider Pro is good, but I bought a similarly designed stand and had to get rid of it because it was too wobbly and I constantly had the feeling that the keyboards were about to fall when playing: http://www.dv247.com/studio-equipment/die-hard-dhks10bk-keyboard-stand--81958 I've ...

So where are the EU prices and release dates? I am getting really bored with this.... It has gone beyond shameful, It is showing no respect for protential customers, A real lack of honour from the EU arm of this fine Japanese company... (honour, respect and shame used to be a big thing in Japan ...

The indication near the power switch says '120 V'. Does this mean that the power supply will not accept any voltage (120/220/240) and that European Kronoi will have a specific PS? I've visited a music store close to my home town yesterday where a Kronos 61 was being kindly demoed by Raffaele ...
