Drum Track with Program Changes?

I would like for the drum track to continue playing without changing pattern or sound while I change between programs in Set List mode during performance. Is there a way to do this?

Re: Purchased (and walked out with) Kronos 88 Today!

After reading your post I did the same thing you did. I had one on order, but called GC in Miami just on a whelm. Halleluya, one (k88) had just arrived. Cancelled my online order and walked out of the door 30 minutes later with a K88 minus almost $800 off (15% off promotion + another $300 because ...

Sina - Great meeting you as well! As you saw, I was already sold on the Kronos, just had reservations about the issues I had read about on the forums. When I was able to touch it firsthand, it was a no-brainer. I usually spend the first night with any new synth playing with all the gizmos and ...

Thanks jahrome! I couldn't be happier. We'll see if that lasts when I lug it to rehearsal tonight and to the gig on Sunday... ;-)

The other accessory I have been thinking about getting is the PadKontrol. The K-88 with Mackie on the left side and PadKontrol on right would be sweet.

I picked up my Kronos-88 last night. For reference, I am coming from Roland Fantom-G8, whose action I really like a lot. I did not like the RH2 action in previous Korgs (one reason I went with Fantom at the time). My K88 does not have any unusual key clicky noises, the fan is quiet, and while there ...

plisken - good luck with the 61 -- it had a terrific synth action. I wish I could afford both. ;-) jahrome - I was referring to choosing the 88 vs. the 61. MartinHines - I didn't need a copy of the coupon. I just confirmed with the sales person that I would be receiving the July 4th promotion 15 ...

I have to say that I spend twenty minutes scratching my head every time I just want to play a basic drum pattern on the Fantom-G. I don't know why it is so complicated, and I don't know why it doesn't stick in my brain, but there I am, playing an electric piano patch, and I think to myself: "this ...

Purchased (and walked out with) Kronos 88 Today!

I had preordered a K88 via Guitarcenter.com, taking advantage of their $500 off deal for 4th of July weekend. But since I am supposed to play a big party on the 3rd, and since GC didn't know when they'd be getting K88's (perhaps mid-July they said), and since I am really impatient, I decided to ...
