And I fully agree with you GregC, that's is not what you would do to customers.

I know the real hammond/leslie sound pretty well Liviou. I own a Hammond m102 and a leslie 147 in my studio. For live use this setup is impossible though - at least for my backbone :-) So on stage I did a tour for two years and I could get away with the Kronos CX3 and the Neo. But without the Neo ...

Possibly true that not all potential has been explored in the existing engines. However, there is one which I really tried, upside down and inside out: the CX3 and I am sorry to say it is just not good enough imho for rock music. Even in reviews of our cd's I get remarks about my "thin hammond sound ...

Bummer.

Many hours of work lost.

This is not intuitive. Loading means something else than saving in my vocabulary.

I sort of recall I knew this a while ago but forgot it - I didn't work on programming for six months or so.

Automatic overwrite of last pcg?

For fun, I loaded the factory pcg. Just to try some old combi's. I didn't save it. Wen I restarted the Kronos, the factory pcg loaded automatically. So my conclusion is, that when you load a pcg, it automatically writes it as wel, overwriting whatever you were working onl. Now I seem to have lost ...

Yes I use the "Tony" CP70 samples a lot, very playable and convincing. And they are a lot better than the Electric Grand in the Kronos HD engine. But yet, I would love to have the real thing. :D

I started with Oasys, bought the Kronos 1 and now have the Kronos 2015. I use it on a daily basis for different live and studio projects. I am very happy with the Kronos. It has proven to be a very reliable and professional instrument. But of course in many cases it's not the original. So I also own ...

Play the Kronos through a Neo Ventilator or mini Vent 2 and I think you’ll be amazed at how the CX-3 comes alive! Yep, that's exactly what I do. I feel that if Neo can create a better leslie in a small box, Korg could do it as well. And yet, also the neo is not good enough to mask the mediocre h ...

Any word on the hammond/leslie on the Fantom? This is one of my frustrations with the Kronos. It keeps sounding thin and doesn't cut through the mix.

For the first time since Oasys I am tempted to check it out..... Love the Roland pianosound, like the on board pads for sample triggering and - wow - an analogue filter!

Only thing really keeping me back is the lack of multisampling.
