I think the FC-7 is a better pedal - if it's going to work okay, I'd much rather have it than the EXP-2... assuming it works okay. I'm pretty confident that it will be compatible, but confirmation would be good. The FC-7 is not only one of THE BEST pedals out there for the money, but it'll work ...

no idea on the EV-5 but I use an expression pedal for WAH effects (I use a Yamaha FC-7). It's a piece of cake. Set up one of the WAH effects as an insert effect and you assign the Expression pedal to it. I have the FC -7 too but can't get it to work under the global settings. Is is possible or do I ...

I know what's happening. Did it too at first, but figured it out. Seems like when you move joystick down to the lower right, u are changing an effect. So if you tap it down to the right again, it cancels it out and changes back to the original sound you wanted in the first place. Hope that helps. :)
