Wow! You just opened up a whole new set of possibilities! Thats the kind of control over my workflow I envisioned having when i purchased the Push 2 controller! Could you elaborate on how to set up the following two steps you spoke about? I know how to use the sequence per step page but how would I ...

To be honest, I'm not sure. I thought the Push was a controller device (like a nanopad etc.). If you want to trigger KARMA Pads with an external controller device, then this information works. I suspect from Qui's answer that you are trying to do something more complicated. the push is a controller ...

Global > Controllers/Scales > Controllers. Menu Button > Reset Controller MIDI Assign. Choose "CC Default". At the bottom, you will see the CC assignments for the Pads. You can set the Ableton to send these specific CCs to activate the pads (easiest). You can also change the CC number (or set it to ...

Here is a video essentially showing what I am trying to do with the Karma. In the video he used audio clips from processed audio he created with the access virus. He's using various sounds and having them trigger randomly. Basically what I was trying to figure out was if there was a way to do this ...

lol I think I have a handle on it now. I think I was overthinking it because I was trying to work with different clips on the same column in ableton, but I have it working now. Now I just have to figure out how to use different sounds from Massive, each in the same column of clips and do this same ...

Exporting Midi From Karma
Is there a way to export only the midi onto multiple tracks in the DAW from Karma. I would like to have the midi go into different clips in ableton to produce glitch type effects. Is this possible without having to record each individual track?

Re: Struggling to set up with Ableton (calling Qui/SanderX)
I thought full integration was possible here... No, that's not possible with the kronos, the sound card functionality of the kronos is very limited and not a good solution for integrating it in a studio environment. The fact that you hear the bleeding of previous recorded material is because the ...

Saving Syx file with Kronos
I'm trying to save my work on the kronos and my work in Ableton as one sysex file. I went to disk mode> save> save exclusive. It then says "awaiting midi data" ..this is where I am stuck. How do I save with Ableton and all of my midi devices connected?
