korg m3's left panel light is switched off . no buttons such as karma, latch are working. This happens sometimes. What is the solution.

can anyone help me regarding korg m3 karma buttons.

my korg m3 karma and drum buttons, realtime control, up and down keys all suddenly stopped functioning.

I had many a times switched off and on the korg m3 keyboard.

But the problem continous.

My korg m3 master volume slider is having problem, where can i replace it as im in INDIA.
