Guys, one more question please. The original CX3 settings from the link below has some offset settings that I'm not sure I understand. Here is the link again: http://www.ktopits.com/dec/CX3%20settings.HTML For example, there are the Perc FAST Decay and Perc Slow Offset parameters. On the Kronos it's ...

Is it possible the people never having issues with their Kronos are the ones in which their Kronos always stays in the same spot, same environment all the time - never being moved? PLEASE DON"T KILL ME WITH NEGATIVE RESPONSES. I'm just asking if it's possible. What if moving it from heat to cold has ...

Just a few comments I'd like to add... Regarding the debate over why Korg won't replace all keybeds regardless of they are showing the issues or not: 1. Many people have reported their keybed was fine for a long time, and THEN the problem appeared. 2. Several people (including myself) have tried ...

Results after my Kronos 73 keybed replacement
1. When and where you had the repair performed: 01/24/12 - ICM Corporation (www.icmcorp.us), Orland Park, IL USA 2. Which model (73 or 88 ): 73 3. Any information you were told about the specific repair made: The keybed is still an RH3, and the model number is the same as the original keybed, except ...

Getting my Kronos 73 back tonight with the replacement keybed installed. Will update the main keybed fix thread after.. My tech showed me a difference between the keybeds. On the old keybed, there is a white part that hits the pink contact on every key. On the new keybed, the white part was replaced ...

Here's a story. I've been using my Motif 7 Classic for 10 years straight. 80 shows a year - most of the time without a backup (yea I know REALLY STUPID). Only problem ever was the keyboard needed to be replaced from wear and tear. This thing has been the most reliable keyboard ever. Late last year I ...

To PianoManChuck, When I referred to the 'component' fix, I was quoting my Authorized Service Center rep. He said that's what the Korg tech told him. Whether it's true or not, I have no idea. Seems like alot of people are saying alot of things. We have to somehow sift through it all and determine ...

Who knows what to believe? My Service Center rep said a Korg tech told him an older keybed was being used for the replacement...never mentioned RH2 specifically. It's possible it's a previous version of RH3 or some other keybed used on some other previous Korg product. I have a few previous posts ...
