I turned on my Triton le and it was reading "Unformatted". The basic guide said to format it. By me formatting it, did I lose all my saved sequences? If not, How can I retrieve them? Please tell me there's a way. After it formatted, it showed "New Volume"

Im turning my keyboard on and its reading "Unformatted" What does that mean? Have I lost all my saved data if I format it?
