yep, pretty sure the DS1h doesn't work with our Sv1. Even Korg tech support says it's supposed to work. My sv1 didn't come with a pedal (bought on ebay) and a ds1h was sent along with it.... i thought there was something wrong with the keyboard. Bought a $15 pedal from guitar center - works ...

problem FIXED. it was a bad pedal this whole time.

I can't believe I let one year go by and not play the Sv-1 (my only keyboard) hardly at all because of this issue.

thank God it was just the pedal.

JUST WANTED TO REPORT BACK THAT THE ISSUE WAS THE PEDAL THIS WHOLE TIME. I BOUGHT A CHEAP ONE AT GUITAR CENTER AND PROBLEM SOLVED.

You might try recalibrating the pedal. Instructions are in the manual, pretty easy. I have a volume pedal, leslie on/off switch pedal and sustain pedal on mine and after calibration they all act the way they are supposed to. OMG. I have. that doesn't work. BUT WHAT DOES WORKS PERFECTLY LIKE A ...

I bought a cheap Live Wire pedal (guitar center brand one). works perfectly, calibrated perfectly. SOUNDS JUST LIKE A NORMAL PIANO NOW. how can i finetune this using the editor to give me way more resonance/ringing?
