...I've had that happen to me before but it was because I was using the wrong cables for the L/MONO + R Channels. I'm guessing you're using TS male cables for both outputs? and your headphones are TRS male? I believe that the use of TS male cables for both outputs and TRS male cable for headphones ...

The internal left channel seems to be almost dead. Sound level is really low and noisy when panned left. The same happens on headphone jack. I got the same problem. If it is a bad jack, I can probably repair it myself, but if it is more serious, may need to go to repair shop. What was the reason ...
