No quick record function on 5X ..Hard to believe... Some are saying it will be in the next OS update...

Agreed.. Hard to believe they didnt include it... I'm waiting until they do...

I'm a previous owner of a 2X Pro .. where, if I recall, you could go into Quick record , then lay down drum track with variations, fills, etc, then save and go back and record bass, guitars, etc on other tracks.. Can you do that on the 5x ? If so, how ? I read the Quick record function is gone ...

PA4X- Can you control 2 functions with a double footswitch ( like the BOSS FS-6). I currently use a single to change variations, but would like to also change fills. I know the the EC5 will control 5 functions, but I don't want that many. Thanks

When I bring up a midi song that I recorded it shows the meter, tempo, etc.. Is there a way to see what " style " was used ? It doesnt show it ? Thanks

I cant seem to unzip these with my Winzip program ? Do you know a program to unzip these.. Also do you know if files from 2X need to be converted to 4X ? Thanks !

Just got a PA 4X. I used to own a PA 2X Pro a few years ago and liked some of the styles the 4X is missing. Is there a way to get those styles and load them to the 4X ? If so, how ? Thanks.

I'll look more in-depth for discontinued features. I considered the STS feature on of the most useful.

I had a PA 2X Pro a few years ago. When I saved a song, I could have 4 different settings on the STS's, ( Sts 1 a Clav, then hit sts2 , an organ, etc. ) Can I do that with the KB sets in style mode with this ? Thanks
