Got it through to the Presonus software

Well though leery to mess with the updated system (worried about losing all my hard earned user combis) I downloaded the driver, dropped the old editor on an instrument track and got messages on the piano roll editor with several different Korg instruments. I have to work out minor sound stuff yet ...

Wow, what great info

Thanks so much. I wasn't at all aware I could drop that editor on as a VST. I'll get to it this weekend. Eager to see if it works.

What a great help--and fast.

Help with recording Drum and arps into studio one pro

Hi, I'm lost looking for answers. I've been using both midi and audio (mic) to record into my Presonus Studio One Pro software, but I'm unable to get the midi drum and arp sounds to record along with my song. I seem to be recording only with their S1 software instruments. (Unless I use my mic--which ...

recording with the computer

I learned from a tutorial on the sequencer (Rich F) that I can do that with a "multi-disc recorder" or a "hard disc " recorder. That sounds to me like I can somehow play and record directly to ...

Thanks loads folks, I'm retired and having blast with the Korg. Your info is generous and I'm sure helpful. I spend hours on the thing just learning all the sounds and free manipulation -it seems endless.

Moving files from a Casio to a Korg?

Hi, I'm really an amature that enjoys music. I just bought a new Korg M50-73 to replace my Casio WK-1800. (The sounds from the Korg won me over) I am having some difficulty with the complexity of the machine (learning a lot of music terms -I've been a fake book /chord player) My question: Is it ...

Mr. Korgman, I must thank you for your generosity in sharing your hard work creating those marvelous sounds. Your personal time in contacting me with e-mail and tutoring, is more than appreciated. I can't wait until I install them into my Korg M50 as I have just downloaded them.
