Wavedrum Black Edition (One Year Old)

Hello Chaps (as we say in my country)

I'm selling one of my wavedrums. I have the Oriental version too so this is surplus to requirements - Mapex snare stand too.

thank you for the pictures now I understand , that you have glued the washer on top of the transparent "shield" I could imagine that for WD players with a snare stand , an extension down to the floor with a sling for the big toe could allow double handed rolls with effects at the same time ...

It would be possible to extend the legth of the nylon line to reach your foot if you wanted to operate it in that way on a stand. You'd need to have good foot control!

I know you've lots of threads on the go. Would you do a video of some of the techniques you mention. I can pan, after that I get lost with what I'm doing or what I'm trying to acheive. I've read your great instructions and the manual (that confused me further). A short Spewtube demo video of some of ...

thank you very much for these videos , sound is influenced by pressure from the bottom of the drum to imitate this on a WD you need to mount a pressure sensitive Ohm resistor to the bottom side of the WD , (or wherever you want...) lead a cable to inside the WD and connect it in parallel to the ...

Irish Bodhran - It's gone electric - WD adaptation

There are two main ways of playing the bodhran, (pro. Boron) The way I demonstrate here is using a two ended "Tipper" or "Beater" - That's what the Irish call them. The modern "Whizz Kids" just use a single stick, holding from one end and make some remarkable acoustic sounds ( My good friend John ...

I suppose this video is a April Fool as well, though it was posted last October. Searched herein and find no mention. You've probably talked it to death but if so it's not showing

Thank you WD Yes I had spotted it when I fleetingly read the manual (are you allowed to say that?). I've tried to find it again in the manual but not got round to it. Now I don't need to as you've spelled it out for me. Thanks so much... I'm off to do that now. I did loosen the head tension as you ...

low output volume and sensitivity

Thanks wavedrummer, Yep, I read 'em all. My concern is that people are buying these and (some) are actually reading the manual. If users do what the manual says, they may not be satisfied with the sensitivity they experience from the head tightening technique. I agree with Martygras, I've ...
