Mini kaos, can't figure how to hook it up..
I have different guitars and piano going into my 5 channel mixer, but i then want to put that through my mini kaos pad, and then go into the amp. I will need some different cables and converters to make this work. Any help? If your not familiar, the mini kaos pad has (2) 1/8 inch "ins and outs"

I have a few questions about my korgr3, if anyone could help
So I have a korg r3, works nice. But doesn't have so many keys but I do have a big yamaha keyboard. In the back of the keyboard it has midi in and out. is there a way to hook up the korg r3 to my big keyboard so I have more keys? I also have a pedal on my yamaha , so that would be great to use with ...

Yeah definitely a lot of DJS use LIVe. BUT, Is there something like the RC50 (looper at your feet with access to sliders and knobs for lowering individual loops volumes), but not as expensive and fancy? I found a deal for a new one for 350, I was thinking about it. But before I even think about that ...

I actually have produced some music and done some live DJing, so I know the difference, I just haven't played in a live band with looping. But i do get what your saying. I have used ableton to DJ though, but more importantly I feel like it may be difficult to get ableton set up so I can play guitar ...

A good looper for my korg r3?
I have a korg r3 , and also a guitar. I bought a JAM MAN JML2 looper which works great but it doesnt give me access to the individual loops and their volumes, it just meshes it all together. I am trying to have a live performance with a keyboard, guitar, drums, and I want to be able to loop ...

Song writing. Where to begin?
Where do you start writing a song? I would like to write a rock/pop/dance song. I have some good chords down that are melodic that i like. Do I write the lyrics after the chords? Anyone have any good procedures they do when they are writing a song? I never have before.. (particularly trying to write ...

Totally tpantano, I could definitely see those bands using a lot of loopers. So could ableton be set up where you can loop stuff at your feet? Is there a pedal looper for ableton? I plan to have a live drummer so I wouldn't really need that aspect of ableton, the electronic drums, quite yet. I just ...

just all around great advice. So I am going to try out ableton today and then I will get back . I didn't notice that the nanokontrol had sliders and such, so that seems great, though it does seem a little flimsy with the mini usb cable. But you guys are so right, I am a little trigger happy with ...

thank you
Ok i here what you are saying. I do want to have control over individual loops, like volume control, which the apc40 seems to have, but I don't know if I need as many launch buttons as it has. Is there a smaller version of this with sliders? I like the looper in the first video. What was that and ...
