Korg has released the v1.3 of the Nautilus editor which should address this.

The editor can create .ins files from the Global / Basic / Basic page there is a button "SONAR Ins..." Click it to create an .ins file based on the data in your Nautilus.

The Kronos and Nautilus have different SysEx implementations. The Nautilus editor won't work with the Kronos.

The Editor does not work on a Mac with Big Sur. I waited a long time till updating to Big Sur, but now it seems that the most Audio Soft and Hardware Guys have made their homework. Korg's own Kronos Editor software also does this. Just point to the program in the bank and the info bar at the bottom will list the Combis and Set Lists that use it.

If you haven't sorted this out yet, try going in to "~/Documents/Sound Quest/UniQuest Kronos 3.1" and delete the file "MQ12.SQ9".
