if you double the clock from one, you relatively halved the clock of the other one

this gives possibilities in combination with the extra wide BPM range (10-600) that can be selected in the setup menu

giving double midi sync clock is also possible with hardware. like a midi merger

creative workaround: in ableton midi set-up if you send not one, but multiple clock signals to Volca. This will double the speed. For that unit ;)

Some interesting results can come from this, in combination with double tempo kick drum programming and Active Step function.

Hi, yes this is normal. I mean mine has it too so it must be a design choice of the EQ curve. It is rather easy to hear. I am not very happy with it either. It asks for more subtle handling of the EQ knobs. I think it is just made for dj style "cut and throw that mf beat back in!" action.

Yes! Loading sounds into Volca Sample from any platform!

In addition to the original Korg software Audiopocket, this free program has a few very cool tricks up it’s sleeve, like a superb soundfx generator and effects. Owners of an iOS device can open it in Audiobus, and record from any app! OH! did I say it was multi platform!!?? Works with Windows, Mac O ...

i have no syncing or bleeding issue's when using the Rockstar. I use only with (rechargeable) battery's to stay clear from any ground loop problems. Biggest issue when not using a mixer is the weak output volume from Volca Beats. But it sure is workable. good luck some volca tips: http://undertone.nu

hi, and thanks for your concern. I have tried all of the above except for the system update. I think i am still one version lower. The lights of respectivly Kick and Snare on Volca Beats do not light up when the problem arises. So it is not a problem in the audio- but rather in the midi domain. That ...
