YIKES! You are the brave one. I really gave it a good shaking yesterday to the point where the innards were moving about. I'll have to get the courage up to get even rougher with it. Really hate the prospect of a return. Thanks for your response and I'll keep you posted.

I just set up the new SV-1 73 key w/black keys and also have two frozen keys. The low D and F. Tried to shake it accordingly but with no joy. Very frustrated. Will popping the back off void the warranty?
