thanks all, I figured it out! Needed to unlock the split key, turn on the split button then I can mute the lower backing voice!

So I should try to have it plug in the AC and wait 8 hours to see if it charged?
I was only play with the Pa3x once in a while and mostly had it disconnected with the AC and only reconnect when needed! this probably why the battery is low and blinking.

My Pa3x standby button blinking red LED, I have to press and hold it for 15 seconds or more in order to boot and startup.
