Have the Korg Kronos 73 but wanted something light to take to gigs. Also use a lot of transpose on songs. So bought the Nord Electro 6 hp. 11,5 kilos and can store everything that you edit to programs for quick recall.
sounds great to.
Love my Kronos and love my Nord to

Out 1 and 2.

Hi.
Kronos user and previously owned Pa2 and 3x pro.
I looking into buying a Pa4x pro. One thing that i missed in my Pa3x pro was the option of routing effects to Out 1 and 2. On my Kronos I use different eq's on each output.
Is this possible on the Pa4x?

No experience on the Korg but I service keyboards for other manufacturers. Yes, dust can cause this. There are two contacts used to determine velocity. If one contact is compromised, depending on which one, you will get full velocity every time or minimum velocity. Usually just removing the contact ...

Touch sensitivity

Hi:-)
Have trouble with F2 key. No cut off or drop out. Almost like just on and off.
It has the blue contact rubber. Could it be dust or something like that?
Anyone expirenced the same problem

I'm using song files that I've created on the Kronos itself. I can only load 99 songs. I guess I have the maximum 444,000(?) MIDI events in those 99 songs. I was hoping that there might be a way to expand this max number, but I doubt it. Sorry but I don't know any way to expand the memory. I had ...

Hi.
I guess you are using midifiles.? I had the same problem. What i did was mixing each of the midifiles down to a 2 track wav file. Then you can put each of the wav files in song and make a sng. file.
Hope this helps.

HAPPY:-)

Sold my Kronos 88 2 years ago and bought an Audya because i thought I needed to have style play mode for my gigs. Wasn't happy with it and bought me a Pa3x pro. Wasn't to happy with that either. So bought me a Mac, cubase and Komplete software. And know I am using this to make songs in wav format ...

Re: Transpose in set list mode

The ability to transpose any given slot in set list mode is a very welcome addition to the kronos, for folks like myself who use it for live work. However, the big issue is the size of the font on the transpose display, which is tiny, which means, for an old guy like me, you cannt see whether it's ...

I do agree that an ipod is possible to use. But thenyou dont have the Songbook feature. I store the MP3's in the song book for fast recall with voices. This is great on stage. S.L oh yeah, that's something like Kronos Set-list type of thing. I was just making a general comment about the Mp3 ...

Are we now talking about the Sampling mode here? To sample and time slice a 3 to 5 minutes long pop song? Don't timeslice it. Use it as an SFX sample. Of course, you won't be able to change the tempo of the piece, but you don't want to do that, do you? Simply create a sampler program, with the song ...
