Can you use the Krome VST instrument, to record the audio of the program, to be played back using the Krome supplied midi data? I.e. does the tone generating part of the krome also live inside its VST plugin, or is that really a VST editor?

The voice of held notes doesn't change, but if you're scrolling through the patches/programs while holding a note, there is an audible click as you go past each patch/program.

Yes! Thanks for concern though, it was deinitely an issue when selling the studiologic, noone could understand a keyboard without speakers or indeed sounds. The casio went ages ago anyway, it was frankly rubbish and barely played, the vast majority of my experience is on a fairly decent upright ...
