Hi :) Maybe it's problem with Odd/Even notes settings. Click on "Global" button, then navigate to page "2A MIDI GLOBAL". Next to 'NoteR" you should have "All". If its "Even" or "Odd", you can have problem similar to which you described. So, change it to "All". Good luck :)
