The headphone jack is always on. The volume control changes both the headphone and the other output jacks. So, with powered speakers, it may be possible that the volume is too low to drive the headphones...

Yes, your browser is probably reloading the page from cache. Browsers do not share cache, so using a different browser will behave differently. Yes, that's what is in the "Loading TRITON Programs.pdf" file, and it implies that they will be loaded into Bank F. The "KROME_VNL_Best of Triton.pdf" shows that there are 128 patches.
