No, it's not normal. I would contact Korg about repairing it under warranty. I'm not saying buttons don't ever get loose, but after two years none of mine did! korg pa3x mic input problem

Hey I used to use an xlr to 1/4 cable for my mic on my pa800, now I have the pa3x and use the xlr input on the 3x, howver the other day when I used the input on the 3x for the mix, it didn't work. Is there a specific setting I have to adjust to use the input on the 3x for the mic

Hey I am just a little paranoid in that for one little knob I d hope that you wouldn't need to replace a whole board , that would be poor engineering for something worth $4500. Id also hope that this would be covered under their warranty? Thanks for the response, anyone else have any inputs?

Hey Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the mic gain knob at the back of the keyboard seems kind of loose. if you light push up on it from the bottom end it has quite a bit of move to it. Has anyone noticed that the korg pa 3x buttons are easier and faster to press when you slide the inside of your finger down the button going with the way the mechanical buttons are made vs pressing it with your finger tip!
