may I suggest you to check some other mp3 files which you've played on the keyboard earlier and compare their parameters (resolution.........)to the ones you're trying to play currently, it may be compability issue.

I think it's ridiculous that we have to fish for this information from various sources instead of being able to find it on korg's website. They don't even have the manual or a pdf with the styles included with the QT model. So what are we supposed to do, just buy it on a whim and find out that way ...

adel with the pa800 you can add new PCM samples and create new sounds/drum kits/styles based on these "added" samples, however the pa500 does NOT have this facility, hence, all the sound/styles you play on it must be based on the internal factory supplied PCM samples(see the owner manual for samples ...
