hey....quick note,make sure you have the kaoss working in the editor,specially if your not seeing kpro in the drop down in the app

ya...it does seem like a lot to pay for a unit and it doesnt save bpm,we need more peeps bitchin...

just for some info,when i save to kaossilater pro i also save to the kp3 {this way i never loose the bpm...example,i save the kaossilater pro to one of the slots on the card and do the same to kp3,usually the same slot number,when i load the slots i look at kp3 bpm when im done,then change the bpm ...

are there only 2 of us that this bothers...i have 7 units from alesis,korg,akai and the kaossilator pro is the only unit that does not save bpm...i shurly am dumbfounded,ive been using midi gear cinse the 80s, never have i found a unit that missed out on the most simplest thing there is to do with ...

really korg,i have a kp3 and a kaossilator pro,the save all on kp3 saves all like bpm ,program memory,but the kaosilator pro wont save bpm,program memory,key and scale,this basically renders the unit useless for live,someone mentioned to write down the setting,so if your doing it live ,im sure ...

try the kp3 editor,see if you can put a wav file on a samplebank and see if it will play

Hello all,I have a kaossilator pro and a KP3,save all saves bpm,samples and program memory on kp3,save all on Kaossilator pro wont save bpm,what gives,cmon korg,kinda left some of the simple things in the update...

try hold shift and 6,could very well be a setting in there.

its the update...dont be afraid to try it a couple of times,i had the same issue as you,kept trying update,installed and unistalled,finally worked

1. Press 1 and 2 and Sampling while powering on the KP3. 2. PrLD will appear in the LED. 3. C will be on, D will be flashing. on the kp3 you can also set number of beats 1-16 but it will be after you hit the sampling button

on the kaossilator,Shift and SB gives you volume graph on the pad also set length from 1 to 16 beats,on the KP3 it also gives volume adjustment and also you can shift the sample left or right to line up sample better,also if you hit program button it gives you 4 choices in how the sample works.

ok,figured it all out

checked a Utube Vid on playback,seems simple,there seems to be 4 playback settings,all you do is hit shift then samplebank,you should see
1-.- but for some reason i get the 0.0 which i think is sample movement,
so my question is why do i get that and is there a easy change to playback functions?

get it going?
