Touch Screen Won't Work at Start
Hi all, When I turn on my Korg Krome, the touch screen does not respond to my touch (or anyone else's!) With luck, after an hour or two, it starts to respond. I'm not always in a situation where I can set up a few hours before I have to be able to play, so this is dire. Has anyone encountered this ...

Paying for Technical Support / Lessons for Krome?
Hi, I'm floundering, and it's at something really basic. I've saved a midi file on an SD card, stripped of its program change events. I've somehow managed to create an .SNG/PNG with a few of the wanted program changes saved. How I managed to do that, no idea. I'm stuck on trying to finish that job ...

How to Open an .SNG after a Load
Hi! Still hoping to master the basics. I've created an .SNG / PGC, saved it on my SD card, and then pressed LOAD, and all seemed well, but where did it load to? How do I get at it? After the load, the "OPEN" button became available, but if I press it nothing actually opens. it takes me "inside" the ...

Basic Question: Saving SNG files
Hi, New user, a bit overwhelmed. I've saved one of my midi songs on my PC to an SD Card. I slip the card into Krome, press Media, pick the song, I press Load. I press SEQ. I then assign those great Krome sounds to each track. I press Write, I give the song a name, it's saved as an SNG file. In the ...

New, overwhelmed
Hi, I'm a theater composer from Vancouver Canada, seduced by wonderful sound quality of the Krome and the promise of amazingness. Am feeling fairly useless at the moment as I can't do much beyond select a program or a combi. Am tearing my hair out trying to edit a song (and this should be easy--it's ...
