KMP, Very happy to hear that you got your board back. Is it me, or does the Kronos seem to have a lot of issues, whether its the keybed or the power supply, or whatever. This is probably not a fair statement, as I've yet to experience any problems with neither my Kronos 61 or 61x. I sincerely hope ...

This has kind of gotten out of control. Let me explain my situation. I originally bought a Kronos 61. A friend of mine one up'd me and bought a Kronos 61X. He has since lost his job and his Kronos to me after I bought it from him rather cheap. No, I didn't want to take it from him, but if anyone was ...

This is a bummer, indeed!!! You may want to invest in a voltage regulator to avoid potential power fluctuations. I never leave home without it. I hope for your sake this is an isolated incident.

SX, I hear what you are saying, however I can buy the expansions for lets say my Roland XP-60 for which I have 2 of them. I can and have swapped out expansions from one board to the next for usually a repair related problems since both are getting old, or someone with a beer gets to close and ...

Kind of a sore subject with me. Search this topic and you will see that it has been addressed a few times. I am in the same situation. I generally have duplicates of all of the boards that I own for a couple of reasons. First, I like having a spare should a board fail, and number two, I like being ...

Although he may not be as he once was, I still look up to Keith as he was a major inspiration to me all of my life. I applaud his efforts to play even though seemingly unorthodox. I wish I had a small piece of his knowledge, even now. God Bless him and hopefully he will play until the end. Music is ...

Definitely, running the Kronos in stereo is the way to go however, I prefer not to gig with two speakers for convenience. I at first, was dissapointed in the Kronos sound in mono until I sat down and tweaked the board until I was somewhat satisfied. I then asked for opinions from other keyboard ...

I have a pair of the QSC K12 and must say they sound exceptional however, I use them for my small PA setup. I use a Barbetta Sona Elan 41c amp that sounds incredible for any keyboard that I use. You can check it out at www.barbetta.com There are an assortment of keyboard amps available, I find this ...

I currently have my keyboard rig plugged into a Furman AR-1215 voltage regulator that is plugged into a Furman PL-Plus Power Conditioner for several years. Is this a potential problem? I do this for the Racklights in my rack and the benefit of the voltage regulator for protection. This duo has ...
