Can anyone help me out with a setting to get a good shadows guitar sound please.

Thanks Rick, thought I had cracked it, saved a few styles but when I went back next day they had vanished, must be doing something wrong.

Rick, are you saying for example if I select an internal or external style for a certain song, add a suitable sound, can I name and save this to the song book, if so and if you can explain how in simple to understand English how I do this you will be my friend for life.

Have to agree with you Joe, the questions are only easy if you know the answers, there are over 300 pages in the online manual and many of the topics are complicated and to the newcomer hard to understand.

Same here Chuck, the question is only easy if you know the answers, my manual supplied with keyboard tells me nothing, just found online manual 300+ pages but still hard work, technics had a page on one forum for answers to all the hard to find questions, would be nice if we could have that here in ...

No Sam, many of us struggle to get to grips with this keyboard and welcome all the help we can get from this site without the p being taken.

If its not possible then why not just say so.

What I did find in small print on page 50 was,

HINT you can open the pad select window to assign a different sound or pattern to the pads by pressing shift+one of the pads.

Page 61 in the manual gives details regarding changing the tracks volume,
I se nothing regarding changing pads.

It would be nice if we could devote a page to all the advice regarding the use of the pa600 not mentioned in the manual, which is I find very basic.
I found the same for the tyros, I had to get all my knowledge from forums like this.
