i cant seem to get ANY action from my ext 1 or 2 sends. I have done every troubleshooting known to man, but all i can hear from the sends is a slight white noise. I am going out to my efx unit with Balanced 1/4 to rca. (i have also tried unbalanced...no difference.) also i have my ext set to Pre ...

well just installed the new screen. disassembled and reassembled in exactly 30 mins. a new record for me haha. The replacement screen works like a dream!! So I believe that the screen was the culprit for me, since everything looked in order, solder-wise on the inside.

im pretty sure i did it was stuck at 127 and 1, but if i wet my finger and then use it, i could maybe get it to go up to 5 or 6. The moisture provides better electrical contact. Which leads me to believe that the screen is just really worn out. So we'll see. The replacement should be here in 2 days ...

well i have already needed a new screen. heres where i got it, and they have em instock.

so your saying if I have something like an EFX 1000 plugged into send and return. That it will still have the original signal. Thats so stupid for a dj mixer and pointless....

hmmm, hopefully i didn't overpay it is in totally mint condition, I dont think the previous owner used it much. But $700 even.

well i guess im part of the zero 8 club now. got mine for a good price off ebay. touchscreen works fine for now, mine has no buzz. original owner bought it in 2010 so it might be one of the updated models.

just gonna run it till the wheels fall off haha
