At least you're still sitting on 3K.
Uhhh...I am assuming you mean a TR-808 and not the MC-808. MC 808's can be had for cheap.
Oh god, nevermind, haha. I saw 808. Eh, I think he's still a step ahead of where he would be otherwise.

That's just portamento, that's not what i'm talking about. Glide only happens when you hit a note before releasing the first. I don't know if that makes sense... It's like 'legato portamento.'

Shift + MFX Send should show MFX Send for tracks on the pads (like track mute mode)

Step Edit should support inserting / editing arbitrary cc's.

implementing note glide (as opposed to just portamento) would be easy if you could alter voice parameters on a per-step basis.

It didn't find much interesting apart from a certificate used to sign the firmware Thanks for your work. But most probably the certificate is the showstopper which stops hackers from manipulating the firmware. The firmware has been signed with a private key from Korg which will be checked with a ...

Im pretty sure that there are 3 file headers in the file, just search "KORG SYSTEM FILE" im thinking that maybe the fw update is actually 3 updates rolled into one. Also, if someone understands how to get a disassembler for this thing working, please share, as I have no idea... I've tried rasm2 and ...

I've tried a bunch of combinations, nothing so far.
I even tried asking tech support directly if there were any debug, diagnostic, or recovery boot methods, and their response was "Not that we know of."
