You need to check serial number as OS v 203 only works on serial numbers starting with 69 previous serial numbers can only use OS v 202 and appropriate resources.

Ensure that your PA800 serial number is greater than 69XXXX if it is below that ver 203 will not work. You will have to back to Ver 201 /2 .

The latest version only works on units with serial number commencing 69 if you unit has a prior to that you will need to reinstall the previous OS?
