I want to control ketron evm like this: when you change from variation A to B it also changes in the ketron but when I put the sysex indise the midi file that does the style it doesnt do nothing and when I load the exported midi file from korg again in cubase I don't see the sysex

Notice that I am not talking about midi transposing as cc inside midi file or style but the transpose buttons

What you describe is based on many factors. - How lower layer behavior is set at global settings. Although is it just happening on some styles where is that ? - It depends of the KBD Set settings , this does not belong to Style's preferences !
