Beautifully explained, thank you. I thought that was probably the case. Having to load several EXs just to use one sound off each seemed like a bit of a pain, but I now realise that I can just load the individual multisamples that I want and save them as part of an existing ksc, with the commercial ...

Isolating samples from commercial soundsets
I'm trying to load a single stereo multisample from Kapro's Revolutionary Cello EXs, and add it on (loading with append) to my own existing orchestral set. But it seems whether I select an individual multisample or the entire Kapro KSC it can only load into virtual memory, so my own sample bank ...

Amosaic, Go to the OP's website: http://www.mediacoustics.eu Unfortunately it's mostly in German (no offence to my German friends!) Under the drop-down menu, "Unsere Leistungen" click on "Soundpacks fur Korg Kronos"... Here you will find the 2 sax packs, but don't click on the download link; copy ...

I've only had my Kronos2 for 6 weeks, there are loads of combi slots, probably as many as I will ever need, but I can already see the need for more programme slots. If it's any incentive to Korg, I'd be spending like crazy on downloads if I could have several more programme banks available on the ...

I've just tried installing the sax pack 1 to my Kronos2. I'm getting the message ".ksc incomplete due to unknown exi's". Is this because the Kronos2 library is numbered differently? The .pcg files went in ok but no luck with userbank ksc's. I'd love to get my hands on some more sax sounds, is there ...

DV247 quoted me that (you have to ring them to get a better price than they advertise on their website), so I paid them and I waited 3 months but it never arrived (Korg kept putting the date back for their stock). So as soon as one appeared in my local music shop (Promenade Music in Morecambe) they ...

CX-3 Key track/volume
Thanks Geo, I've fiddled about with various effects including EQ/compression etc but I really need a less subtle volume change than they will give.
It ought to be simple, you probably can't do what I want on an actual Hammond but this is a Kronos!

Key track/volume for CX-3
I've only had my Kronos-2 for a couple of weeks so please be gentle with me... I'm trying to adjust the volume on a CX-3 programme so it gets quieter the higher up you play the keyboard. I can do this with other sounds by using key track as an AMS for volume output. For some reason it doesn't quite ...

Well... I got my Kronos 73 yesterday. I found one that had just come in stock in my local music shop. Being quite friendly with the guy in the keyboard department he agreed to match DV's price and 3 year guarantee, so I went straight round and collected it, nice to not have a courier throw it about ...

They've been fine with me. I bought some Mackie Thump monitors that had to go back 4 times within the 3 year guarantee. No problems - they arranged collection and return without cost to me, each time a 2 or 3 week turnaround. Really glad I had that 3 year warranty! I bought some new speakers when it ...

Digital Village have been told by Korg their delivery date has been put back yet again, they're now expecting "early August". It's getting a bit silly, having ordered it in April. Thanks for the tip off about Gear4Music, Broadwave. I gave them a ring and they do indeed have 7 in stock, but they won ...
