Hi Ski,
many thanks for your reply, it is very much appreciated.

Still the fact remains that Korgs adaptation of this design makes no sense to me at all. On all the pro audio equipment I have one has the option of switching betwen +4dBm (balanced) and -2dBm(unbalanced), but not with this monster!

Hi,
this is something I would also like an answer to. Is there a technical reason why the inputs on the Oasys are balanced but the outputs not?!

Hi Mike, I'll see how it ends up, but I want to keep it very reasonable. Some tutorials charge up the wazoo, but I'm not going to do that. What do you think? how's the dvd coming along? I think anything between $20 and $45 is a very reasonable price taking into consideration the involved subject ...

Hi Mike, Have you ever played a Triton? no, I have never owned a Triton except to meddle with a few in music shops whenever I had the oppotunity to remind myself what outside looked like! Before I ha time to really pay attention to the new breed of Korg products, the only Combi I knew about was the ...

Mike, You look at that huge interface and all the little tabs, saying "What the...?" I'm sure you haven't even delved into the area of Bus routings.. Don't! I had to take 2 paracetamol when I got in just to try and make sense of it all! :D To say that the assistant who was giving the demo was ...

Hi Mike, had my demo today for an 88 key Oasys. Sweet Lord! my head was spinning after 5 minutes! Page after page after option. I'm definately going to need your tutorial DVD, and this from a person, who as a matter of principle, never reads a manual of any description. I'm going to need all the ...

Hi Charlie, It's not intuitive at all and you hardly can use past-time experience of Cubase or whatever. But once you've started to get into the sequencer you realize its perhaps not the optimum solution... £5,399 and not optimum! Isn't that like buying a Rolls Royce and being told that : 'only 3 of ...

Hi Kevin, thank you so much for your reply. In reference to the sequencer, it so happens to be a major part of my current workflow. You will get no argument from me in terms of the sonic innovations that lay beneath the hood, but I am buying into the 'Workstation' concept and not just the fact that ...

Hi, Linux operating system. 1 to 2 Gigs of internal RAM. What's all this talk of the sequener being hardware based? With that lovely screen korg really do need to be addressing this sequencer issue very seriously! I see no technical reason why a sequencer, ala cubase/performer, could not be ...
