Louis Haiman : Formless EP
@Chad Yeah...it "sounds" like he's filtering/ mixing through the EMX midi/ audio input/ output...especially on "Outpost". eTribes don't offer that type of polyphony - SHAME! So, sounds like bass and rhythm elements all done on EMX. Pads done on some type of external module. (I think it's a Triton. I ...

The Music of Louis Haiman
I know this guy, he lives in my town, San Diego. I've watched him work. Cool guy. Simple set up: Electribe MX/ Triton LE/ Kaoss Pad. Hardware/ KORG to the bone with excellent results.
Check out his new vinyl project:

New Electribe...New Product.
I think the concept has one more breath left. Must have: Metal chassis, Kaoss effects, USB, Assignablity, True Polyphony...and ditch the damn tubes!
...maybe would be cooler as just a stripped down, bare knuckled synth.
Please, stop with all the presets and song templates.

Triton beyond techno...
Yeah, check out this guy in San Diego named fwdthought, it's electronic, but very nuanced and almost jazzy. There's another project of his that is more like dub techno, I guess, but VERY cool stuff. Check it

Electribe Artist : fwdthought
Hi all. I came across these guys on MP3.com. Seems they are using the Electribe MX exclusively with some pretty excellent results. It sounds like they might be filtering an external synth through the MX's audio in...but still. Pure Electribe madness. Check 'em out: http://www.mp3.com/artist/f-w-d-t ...
