Pretty much the reason why I am still using "obsolete" hardware. Plug it in and it just... works!

And reaper loaded with no headache plugins, of course.

I don't own a Kronos, but I bet that the inputs are fine especially for something a bit "lo-fi" like a guitar.

Of course, you can test how they fare yourself with a program like audiomark.
