You have to realize that the EMX is different from other gear, in that there's no real concept of separate sounds and patterns. In the EMX, they are all saved together as a part (the sound and the sequencing for each "track". But, you can copy a part from one pattern to another. Go to the ...

So say I want to 'copy' a sound from a pattern and use it elsewhere as you say write it in an INit pattern, how do I go about doing this?


Another question is how do I change it to the maximum amount of bars possible?

Yea that does make sense. I have the midi cable plugged in correctly and the mK soundeditor doesn't detect it?
