How to hard reset a Triton TR

A friend has a TR that he has bricked by pulling out the SD card during booting.. Here is what he sent me in a message: I pulled out the SD card out while it was "starting the system" and it just stayed that way. Now, whenever I power it on, the "starting the system..." screen comes up just as usual ...

Thanks, Busch.

I should have guessed it would be some low-end x86 shenanigans related to MMIO.

Weird that only 3GB is usable, because 32 bit addressing does allow accessing 4GB.

Late response here but was reading business section of the newspaper today and there were two articles about the effects of semiconductor chip shortages. One was about cars...GM had to stop production of certain models because of a shortage of chips for the electronics. Dealers were having to talk ...

Wow, the first video was really strange. The speaker made it sound like Kronos is yesterday's news and that removing so many features is something that people had been clamoring for! I really liked his quick access button explanation about how removing all the direct access buttons was a great ...

Nov. 9 is the product announcement, not the review. The author does state that he left out content where it is the same as the Kronos and points the reader to the SOS Kronos reviews. He really is only covering the differences. He claims the keyboard action is the same as Kronos, just without AT. If ...

Sound On Sound Review in April issue

Gordon Reid reviewed the Nautilus in the April issue of SOS. The review is pretty straightforward: sounds great, lots of important features are missing. He gets particularly upset about aftertouch, and I agree that in a $2000 keyboard no AT is hard to accept. He mentions that hard drives can be ...

Q: confusion about saving into different banks

From p.122-123 of the Kross 2 manual it says this about saving an edited program: The conditions for saving will differ depending on the bank of the program or combination you selected in step 1. If you selected program bank A–F or combination bank A or B: If you specified Write, you can save the s ...

I'm a former Motif XF user. I was unhappy with the loss of the sequencer in Montage and of course the price! So I went ITB with the usual mixed results...more power with more complications. Nautilus may not be a full Kronos but for my current needs...home hobbyist usage...$1999 isn't a bad price ...

Korg is boarding the gravy train. Take that, Serum!!! Serum let you import audio directly from audio files, Wavetable does not. That means Serum is still a winner when comes to ORIGINALITY and UNIQUENESS. When Yiannis Chryssomallis got hands on Korg Krome, he deleted all the patches, only to ...
